Erin Brockovich is an unemployed single mother, desperate to find a job, but is having no luck. This losing streak even extends to a failed lawsuit against a doctor in a car accident she was in. With no alternative, she successfully browbeats her lawyer to give her a job in compensation for the loss. While no one takes her seriously, with her trashy clothes and earthy manners, that soon changes when she begins to investigate a suspicious real estate case involving the Pacific Gas & Electric Company. What she discovers is that the company is trying quietly to buy land that was contaminated by hexavalent chromium, a deadly toxic waste that the company is improperly and illegally dumping and, in turn, poisoning the residents in the area. As she digs deeper, Erin finds herself leading point in a series of events that would involve her lawfirm in one of the biggest class action lawsuits in American history against a multi-billion dollar corporation.

Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) moves to California and lives alone in the woods being worn-up emotionally after the tragedies of her past. Meanwhile, a new horror movie 'Stab 3' based on Sidney's true story is being produced. The reality and the scriptwriters' fantasy mixes when the actors are murdered just in the same order they die in the movie. Having an experience of dealing with killers, Sidney can't keep out of the events and tries to help the police to find the new maniac who darkens her life.

Computer hacker Thomas Anderson has lived a relatively ordinary life—in what he thinks is the year 1999—until he is contacted by the enigmatic Morpheus who leads him into the real world. The computers have created a false version of 20th-century life—the "Matrix"—to keep the human slaves satisfied, while the AI machines draw power from the humans. Anderson, pursued constantly by "Agents" (computers who take on human form and infiltrate the Matrix), is hailed as "The One" who will lead the humans to overthrow the machines and reclaim the Earth.

It is a distant galaxy eons before the creation of Earth. Societies have evolved among millions of worlds united in a Republic whose capital world is the supercity of Coruscant. Serving as the guardians of order from Coruscant are the Jedi, an order of warriors endowed with super power via self-generated energy fields known as The Force, whose weapons of choice are lightsabers. Within the Galactic Republic exists a collection of imperial-minded worlds united in the euphemistically named Trade Federation, which is engaged in a dispute with the peaceful world of Naboo. Two Jedi, Qui-Gon Jinn and young apprentice Obi-Wan Kenobi, are sent by Coruscant to Naboo to mediate the Trade Federation's dispute, but when they arrive aboard a Trade Federation base star, they quickly find the trade dispute is merely cover for armed invasion of Naboo. Despite an attempt on their lives, Qui-Gon and Kenobi escape to Naboo, where with the help of a well-meaning but hopelessly inept alien native (one of several races existing on the multicultural planet) they find and rescue the planet's ruling elected Queen, Amidala, a ruler of a political system fusing monarchy with democratic republicanism. They run the Trade Federation's blockade but their starship is damaged and must land on the desert world of Tatooine, where in seeking out parts to repair their ship they encounter a young slave boy, Annikan Skywalker, whom Qui-Gon learns possesses the perfect metaphysical structure for becoming a Jedi. However, all are being pursued by an evil Jedi, Darth Maul, who serves a Jedi lord who seeks to overthrow the Jedi order, leading to a brief saber encounter between Qui-Gon and Darth Maul as the Queen's starship is repaired. Qui-Gon, Kenobi, Annikan, and Amidala (who becomes close to the boy despite the nearly fifteen year age difference between the two) escape and return to Coruscant, but mindless debate with the Republic's senate forces them to strike out on their own back to Naboo, to try and find allies who will help them liberate the planet - and defeat Darth Maul.

Scholars have revealed the clue to ancient codes which are hidden in the Bible and foretell global events. The interpretations of the codes are burned on computer disks but are stolen by Antichrist's henchman Dominic (Michael Ironside). Dr. Gillen Lane (Casper Van Dien), a world-known motivational speaker and expert on theology and mythology, is called to assist European Union Chairman Alexander Stone (Michael York) in the quest for global peace. Lane suddenly discovers that Stone is bent on using the stolen disks to take control of the entire universe...

In this hilarious fantasy movie, Andy (John Morris) goes off to summer camp, leaving his toy friends to their own devices. When Andy's mother (Laurie Metcalf) decides to take some old items for a yard sale, Woody the Cowboy (Tom Hanks) sets off to rescue the toy penguin Wheezy (Joe Ranft). Al McWiggin (Wayne Knight), a toy store owner and collector, notices the cowboy doll and offers $50 for him but Andy's mom refuses, knowing that Woody is a highly valued collectible. Determined to get Woody for his collection, the malicious man steals the toy. At Al's apartment Woody meets other collectible toys, Stinky Pete the Prospector (Kelsey Grammer), a horse named Bullseye and Jessie, the Yodeling Cowgirl (Joan Cusack), and discovers that the greedy toy collector is about to sell them to a Japanese toy museum. Meanwhile, Buzz Lightyear (voice of Tim Allen), Mr. Potato Head (voice of Don Rickles), Rex (voice of Wallace Shawn), Slinky Dog (voice of Jim Varney), and Hamm (voice of John Ratzenberger) spring into an action to find their fellow toy before Andy returns home from the camp.

South Park is a peaceful and quiet town until the Terrence and Phillip movie "Asses Of Fire" hits the theaters. Once that happens, all friggin' hell breaks loose. The parents plan to execute Terrence and Phillip. A puppeteer discovers a hidden doorway in his office, which turns out to be a portal into John Malkovitch (the famous actor)'s mind. Upon entering the portal, one gets to be inside Malkovitch's mind for 15 odd minutes. As with any great discovery of this century, the ultimate question immediately arises : 'How can we make money out of this?' He and his co-worker promptly set out to exploit this discovery. It doesn't take long for things to go haywire

After the death of the President, his successor (Kevin Polack) is on the campaign trail to be re-elected. On a stop in Colorado, he is suddenly snowed in and he and his entourage are forced to take shelter in a small diner. Of course, the group completely take over from the diner's owner (Badja Djola) and his French-Canadian waitress (Clotilde Courau). Also in the diner is a local redneck (Sean Astin) and a married couple. Suddenly, the movie moves into a suspense film as the President learns that Iraq has invaded Kuwait and slaughtered hundreds of American soldiers. Setting up temporary communications, the President announces that he will launch a nuclear attack on Iraq immediately if the country does not withdraw. Iraq reacts that they have 23 nuclear missiles trained on the US that they are ready to launch. Tensions mount with the involved civilians offering a different viewpoint to the President from the normal opinions of his advisors.

War begets revenge. Victorious general, Titus Andronicus, returns to Rome with hostages: Tamora queen of the Goths and her sons. He orders the eldest hewn to appease the Roman dead. He declines the proffered emperor's crown, nominating Saturninus, the last ruler's venal elder son. Saturninus, to spite his brother Bassianus, demands the hand of Lavinia, Titus's daughter. When Bassianus, Lavinia, and Titus's sons flee in protest, Titus stands against them and slays one of his own. Saturninus marries the honey-tongued Tamora, who vows vengeance against Titus. The ensuing maelstrom serves up tongues, hands, rape, adultery, racism, and Goth-meat pie. There's irony in which two sons survive.

A gigantic asteroid is on a direct collision course with Earth. There is little time left before the fatal crash. Only a miracle can save life on Earth. In order to make a miracle, NASA Administrator Dan Truman (Billy Bob Thornton) sends the world's foremost deep core driller, Harry S. Stamper (Bruce Willis), and his courageous crew to land on the asteroid, drill into its center and drop a nuclear explosive device. The detonation of the bomb will crack the asteroid into two halves which will pass Earth on both sides. The drilling team must complete their highly important mission before the deadline; otherwise the halves will not fly by but slam into the planet.

In the contemporary world you don't need to be a wizard to change someone's destiny. It takes you only to sit down at the computer. When attorney Robert Clayton Dean (Will Smith) becomes the target of corrupt National Security Agency official Thomas Brian Reynolds (Jon Voight), his brilliant career and happy marriage is utterly ruined. Reynolds, who uses the latest high-tech surveillance gadgets and other vast resources of his department, turns him from a law-abiding citizen into a 'serious offender' within a few days. Negotiator is a person who is to conduct talks with a terrorists or another kind of criminals when hostages are taken. When a police negotiator Danny Roman (Samuel L. Jackson) standing on his own legs, one of the best negotiators in Chicago, is framed and faced the perspective of serving time for a murder he not committed, he has to take hostages. His friend is killed by corrupt cops, and the detractive documents are stealthily placed to defile Roman's reputation. When Inspector Terence Niebaum (J.T. Walsh) and his equally corrupted colleagues conduct a search in Roman's place of abode, he takes them as hostages and demands to talk with a negotiator who serves in another police precinct, because he knows that the killer of the friend is between his own counterparts. Chris Sabian (Kevin Spacey), a high-skilled negotiator, is involved and all that Roman can do is to try to prove his innocence and to expose the real criminals.

The Japanese word 'Ronin' means 'samurai who lost his master'. According to the Code of the Samurai, a Ronin is supposed to commit 'hara kiri' upon his master's death. One who doesn't follow the code becomes dishonored and is doomed to be on his own or serve whomever pays him. Four Ronin, former intelligence agents who were left without masters and work now as hired guns, are thrown together by a young Irish woman, Deirdre (Natascha McElhone). Sam (Robert De Niro), Vincent (Jean Reno), Gregor (Stellan Skarsgard), Larry (Skip Sudduth), and Spence (Sean Bean) are assigned to get hold of a mysterious suitcase wanted by some Irish terrorists and the Russian Mafia.

LAPD Detectives Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) and Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) leap back into action in the fourth film of the Lethal Weapon series. Roger prepares to enjoy his grandfather status, while Martin is about to become a loving father. They are still young and green at heart and can't seem to live a day without a car chase or a gunfight. This time they must battle with The Triads, a bloodthirsty Chinese organized crime ring led by Wash Sing Ku (Jet Li). With the aid of an artist held hostage, they create counterfeit Chinese currency in order to buy the Four Fathers (heads of the crime unit) back from the Chinese military.

Kathleen Kelly, owner of a little and famous bookstore for children's books, has an affair. Being together with Frank Navasky, a well-known journalist, she betrays him by e-mailing secretly and anonymously with a (also betraying) man whom she met in a chat room. Suddenly, her business gets endangered by the opening of Fox Books discount store just "around the corner". She meets Joe Fox, son of the owner, and soon gets annoyed by his arrogant way of managing business matters. Although getting advice by her anonymous mail-pal, she has to close down her store. But Joe Fox's life suddenly gets out of control when he learns that his anonymous mail-pal is nobody other than Kathleen Kelly.

What would you do if you knew about your spouse's adultery? When successful businessman Steven Taylor (Michael Douglas) becomes aware of his wife Emily's (Gwyneth Paltrow) infidelity, he makes inquiries about her lover, David Shaw (Viggo Mortensen). He discovers that David is a marriage swindler with several jail sentences and various scams directed at wealthy women. Steve pays a visit to the lover and makes him a surprise offer: $500,000 in cash for the death of Emily. No less surprising is the fact that David agrees. On the appointed day a masked killer breaks into the Taylors' house. But Emily kills the intruder while defending herself. When the mask is removed, the killer turns out to be a total stranger...

Pharaoh Seti I (Patrick Stewart) adopted the Hebrew born boy and named him Moses (Val Kilmer). Years went by. Moses and his brother Rameses (Ralph Fiennes) grew up together, happily and wealthy. There came a day when one of them became the ruler of the most powerful empire on Earth, and the other – the leader and liberator of his people.

Based on a metaphysical 1978 novel by the talented science fiction and horror author Richard Matheson, this romantic fantasy-drama won an Oscar for its expensive and impressive visuals depicting an imaginative afterlife. Robin Williams stars as Chris Nielsen, a doctor who has suffered with his artist wife Annie (Annabella Sciorra) through the devastating loss of their children, Marie and Ian, who were killed in a car accident. When Chris dies and goes to Heaven he meets Albert and discovers that Heaven is even more wondrous than anything he could have imagined. However, Chris's death is the last straw for Annie and she in her madness commits suicide and journeys to a place very different from Chris. He decides to risk eternity in Hades for the small chance that he will be able to bring her back to heaven. This is a beautiful story that reminds us that love is stronger than death.
