In the 50's, in Louisiana, the smart populist, manipulative and wolf hick Willie Stark is elected governor with the support of the lower social classes. He joins a team composed of his bodyguard and friend Sugar Boy; the journalist from an aristocratic family Jack Burden; the lobbyist Tiny Duffy; and his mistress Sadie Burke, to face the opposition of the upper classes. When the influent Judge Irwin supports a group of politicians in their request of impeachment, Stark assigns Jack to find some dirtiness along the life of Irwin, leading to a tragedy in the end. |

Meet Larry Daley (Ben Stiller), an unemployed single father and a born loser. Based on a true story, the movie tells of the struggle of a dance teacher, Pierre Dulain (Antonio Banderas), to give to a group of problem kids a second chance by exploring their dance skills. One night Dulain is astonished to see a boy, Rock (Rob Brown) destroying his school director's car. The following day Dulaine goes to the school to ask for a job as a dance teacher. The director has little confidence in Dulaine's idea of helping kids (including Rock) in detention to reform through ballroom dance classes. Even the kids, who prefer hip-hop or rap, think it isn't a great idea. Despite criticism from students in his formal dance academy as well as from parents and fellow teachers who believe that the kids need more math and less dance, Dulain catches the students' attention with a tango session. After their initial indifference, they eventually compete in a dance contest; the important thing isn't winning, but making a difference. |

Feeling isolated and distressed, Marie Antoinette tried to find consolation in the decadence of the French aristocracy and in a secret liaison with Swedish Count Fersen (Jamie Dornan). Her short-run popularity as a spouse of King Louis XVI gave place to a public censure for her frivolous and eccentric behaviour during the celebrations which she held at the palace of Versailles. Marie Antoinette braved the French Revolution and bore herself with dignity. Her close connections with Austria and support for a foreign intervention were so apparent that she was stripped of her riches, imprisoned and sentenced to death. Various attempts to get her out failed. On October 16, 1793, Marie Antoinette was charged with treason and espionage for other countries, and was executed by guillotine. |

After a U.S. doctor in Morgue (Scott Wilson) orders a South Korean soldier to discharge toxic chemicals into the drain near the Han River in Seoul, a small tadpole grows into a monstrous creature. One day the horrifying mutant (voiced by Dal-su Oh) emerges from the depths of the river onto its bank for a feast of flesh. Among the monster's victims is a teenage girl named Hyun-seo (Ah-sung Ko) whose father Gang-du (Kang-ho Song) fails to rescue her from the clutches of the beast. Fearing that the mutant spreads a deadly virus, the government decides to seal off the river and quarantine people who have come in contact with the monster. Thirty years ago, in the Carpathians Mountains of Romania, a group of explorers blows an entrance to a cave hidden under a church, but the explosion causes a landslide and they become trapped inside. In the present days, the expedition leaded by Dr. Nicolai and his assistant, Dr. Kathryn are exploring the place and they find the access through an underwater river, requesting the experienced cave divers team leaded by Jack. Dr. Nicolai discovers that, in accordance with the local legend, the church was built to seal the cave as a display of God's protective power, and that Templar Knights entered the cave to fight winged demons. When the group reaches a cave though a tunnel one mile below and three miles in, a creature attacks one of the members and his breathing apparatus explodes, collapsing the tunnel and trapping the group in the cave. Sooner they realize that they are the rescue team and they have to find an exit to survive from the attack of the monsters. |
