Daniel Rafferty (Pierce Brosnan) and Audrey Miller (Julianne Moore) are two rival divorce attorneys in NY, they pleads the cases of two quarreling spouses and follows two opposite ways of life as it seems. They feel a kind of sympathy to each other but almost don't give it a way until the moment they are to visit the castle which is a subject-matter of case. While Daniel and Audrey try to come to terms with their own relations, their heavily-publicized clients, a rock star and his wife, carry out their own. Battle of the sexes rages on! |

When Viktor Navorski (Tom Hanks) arrives at the NY airport, he finds himself a citizen of a non-existing country as the tiny European commonwealth where he lived disappeared after the military coup-d-etat. Thus, as he has nowhere to return and the USA can not let him in, the last and the best thing he can think out is to live in the airport until his legal status become apparent. The situation is complicated by lack of Navorski language knowledge, and an airport official, Frank Dixon (Stanley Tucci), who considers Viktor a problem he can't control but still desperately wants to take him off the hands. According to legend, the plant holds the secrets of youth and immortality. The explorers discover that the unique flower truly exists, flourishes for a couple of weeks every seven years, grants strength and longer life to the inhabitants of the jungles including anacondas.
