Melvin Smiley (Mark Wahlberg) leads a double life working as a hitman for his crime boss Paris (Avery Brooks) and maintaining two relationships, one with his unsuspecting Jewish fiancee Pam Shulman (Christina Applegate), and another with a gold-digging, hypocritical mistress Chantel (Lela Rochon). Unbeknownst to their boss, Mel and his teammates, Cisco (Lou Diamond Phillips), Crunch (Bokeem Woodbine), Vince (Antonio Sabato Jr.), and Gump (Robin Dunne), decide to take an independent job for extra money and kidnap Keiko Nishi (China Chow), the daughter of a Japanese tycoon. In an ironic twist of fate, Jiro Nishi (Sab Shimono), whose business has recently gone burst, can’t pay a ransom of $1,000,000 for the release of his teenage daughter. Furthermore, Keiko proves to be the godkid of their powerful boss Paris, who orders his huge cohort to discover and send the captors to kingdom come. On top of it all, Mel falls for his kidnaping victim.

Once upon a time, in the magical land of Whoville, there lived a little man named the Grinch (Jim Carrey). The Grinch was different from the townspeople: he was green and hairy, so the Who's teased him all the time. The Grinch took offence at the Who's and made his home high atop Mt. Crumpit where he lived for 30 years. He hated the Who's and Christmas with an equal hatred. Each Christmas with its festivities, decorations, presents and carols was sheer torture to the green hermit. One day the spiteful mountain dweller decided to deprive the Who's of Christmas once and for all. As soon as the carefree Who's went to sleep on Christmas Eve, the treacherous Grinch slunk into the town in order to steal everything associated with their favourite holiday. |

As the players catch wind of the elements of the party, each adds a little monkey wrench so that one set of hookers ends up giving demos at the bride's shower, the brides friends end up dressed as hookers in a room with a number of non English speaking Japanese business men, and so on as things get out of hand. |
