Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, the eighth Pokémon movie, ranks as one of the best features in this popular franchise. Director Kunihiko Yuyama and writer Hideki Sonoda sensibly keep the adventures and threats to a scale that's appropriate for the characters. (The first movies put the world at risk, and while Ash Ketchum is a good kid, he's not someone who can credibly save the planet.) Ash, Brock, Max, and May journey to Cameron Palace for a tournament that celebrates the valor of Prince Aaron, who saved the realm from destruction 1,000 years ago. Ash and Pikachu win, but the mischievous Mew kidnaps Pikachu, whom he's befriended. Prince Aaron's Pokémon companion Lucario awakens from the victor's staff to lead Ash and the gang to the Tree of Beginning, a mountain that is also a living entity. Ash risks his life to rescue Pikachu, proving the depth of their friendship to Lucario. The film includes lots of CG effects, most of which work well with the drawn animation: the earlier Pokémon films tended to look like two different movies spliced together.

The computer-animated movie takes place two years after the events of the Final Fantasy VII video game. The world has assuredly become a more peaceful place, though cities and industry are still lying in ruins and most of the Earth's population has been afflicted with a strange and lethal disease known as 'Seikon-Shoukougun' which is Japanese for 'Planet Scar Syndrome'. However, when he is attacked by three mysterious, villainous kids, Kadaj (Steve Staley), Yazoo (Dave Wittenberg) and Loz (Fred Tatasciore), who are bent on assaulting the Planet, Cloud is forced to come out of retirement to draw the sword and throw away the scabbard.

Murrow (David Strathairn) and U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin that shook the American society in 1954. Murrow, a well-known host of the CBS television program, was the first person who drew the attention of the general public to ideological and political problems. Despite corporate pressure and the potential ramifications, the courageous journalist ventured to investigate and expose McCarthy and his dirty methods during his "witch-hunts."
The early years of the famous magnate, Howard Hughes (1905-1976), are charted in this biographical chronicle where Leo DiCaprio stars. His eclectic career came through everything from oil, for which he cared little, to casinos, film, and aviation - as he turned millions of dollars into billions. His relationships with Hollywood's divas, including the elegant screen star Katharine Hepburn (Blanchett) and the sensual screen beauty Ava Gardner (Beckinsale) were also volatile. He was the incarnated mid-century icon of American wealth. Martin Scorsese directed this fast-moving, epic-scale biopic documenting the life and loves of the one of the most colorful Americans of the 20th century and also chronicles Hughes' struggle with his physical phobias and disabilities, and with his increasingly erratic, obsessive-compulsive behavior that forces him to isolate himself from the world.

Rachel has a son Aidan (David Dorfman), she figures out that a mysterious video tape is involved in this story; these who are dead now, have watched it. Among other things, she resembles some ominous strangeness browsing photos of her dead niece's friends: their faces are uncommonly changed. Soon after watching the tape containing these various, inexplicably sinister frames she hears her phone ringing, and picks up a receiver only to hear how many days remained for her to live. Now her life is a race against the time, she is to know something about the tape and the horrifying story that lays hidden behind the dust of the past decades, spotting some things around her, the things she have seen watching the cursed cutting.
