This action/drama film released as direct-to-video is a remake of the classic western film noir thriller "Bad Day at Black Rock" (1955). Conspiracy tells the story of William "Spooky" MacPherson (Val Kilmer), a traumatized special operations marine, a veteran, severely wounded in Iraq.
