Plot Summary:
In this modern music-driven dramedy, Alison Lang (Anne Hathaway) and Emily (Bijou Phillips) are two naïve, bored teenage girls living in a wealthy neighborhood of Los Angeles. Fascinated with hip-hop culture, the pretty girls intend to explore life outside of their safe and familiar world and set out on a fun-filled adventure journey to East L.A., unaware that even the most innocuous actions may have serious consequences.
