Alex Scott (Owen Wilson) is involved to disclose the villains who have stolen Switchblade, the new prototype of the top-secret military spy plane. American government will do anything to bring the thieves to justice; the main suspect is Arnold Gundars (Malcolm McDowell), an international arms-smuggler.
