Plot Summary:
The crime comedy focuses on an indolent and ignorant guy, John "Rugged" Rudgate (Aaron Stanford), who fancies himself a notorious criminal but is really a flat out failure in every way. One day he encounters his old fellow, the mentally handicapped Jeff Lagrand (Paul Schneider) who has recently returned to his native town to assist his cynical sister in running the storage lot. Wanting to make a pretty penny, Rugged turns himself inside out to impress Lagrand and force his way into the family business, but somehow things get out of control, and the situation becomes even more aggravated when two cops, Putney (Michael Rapaport) and Monson (Kevin Dunn), launch an investigation into the incident.
