In this pulse-pounding thriller, photographer Adam (Leigh Whannell) and Dr. Lawrence Gordon (Cary Elwes) find themselves in a deadly predicament when they wake up in a large industrial bathroom, chained by their ankles to rusty pipes at opposite corners. Between them is a dead man lying in a pool of blood with a gun in his hand. Neither man knows how they got there and how to get out of the dank chamber alive.
