Plot Summary:
World-famous astrophysicist Dr. Jack Murray (Chris Potter) and his lab partner Hank are experimenting with time travel when they mysteriously disappear without leaving a trace. Dr. Murray's children, Meg (Katie Stuart) and Charles Wallace (David Dorfman), are at a loss to know where to find their missing father. Then, guided by three cosmic beings - Mrs. Who (Alison Elliott), Mrs. Whatsit (Alfre Woodard), and Mrs. Which (Kate Nelligan) - the kids and their neighbour Calvin O'Keefe (Gregory Smith) go on a breathtaking journey to the distant planet of Camazotz where they meet with evil forces led by The Prime Coordinator (Kyle Secor), a red-eyed man. The travellers must trust each other if they want to rescue Dr. Murry and return home safe and sound.
