What can you do in 60 seconds? You can have a smoke or a cup of coffee. But there is a legendary thief named Randall "Memphis" Raines (Nicolas Cage) who can steal a car in a few seconds. Tired of playing hide-and-seek with the police and determined to turn over a new leaf, Randall leaves his "job", his home and his girlfriend Sara "Sway" Wayland (Angelina Jolie), and now he teaches carting driving to kids. However, five years later he finds out that his younger brother Kip (Giovanni Ribisi) who followed in his footsteps breaks a contract with a vicious British crime lord, Raymond Calitri (Christopher Eccleston), to deliver high end cars. Randall has no choice but to return to the criminal world in order to save his brother from the mafia and police. He reassembles his old team to steal 50 cars in one night. |

When men meet Gracie Hart (Sandra Bullock) in the street, they never follow her with their eyes, except for those situations, when she is armed and pursues a criminal. Rudy makes up his mind to assume his dead cellmate's identity to start a relationship with his gorgeous pen pal, Ashley Mercer (Charlize Theron). Rudy, however, is unaware that Ashley's brother Gabriel (Gary Sinise) and his gang of thugs plot to rob a gambling casino in Michigan where Nick used to work, thus, Ashley is just tempting bait for Nick to be trapped into an armed heist on Christmas Eve. And now this seemingly funny idea of pretending to be Nick can cost Rudy his life. |

Norman Spencer (Harrison Ford), a renowned university research scientist, and his wife, Claire (Michelle Pfeiffer), a retired concert cellist, are a seemingly happily married couple. Their family life runs smoothly until Claire's daughter, Caitlin (Katharine Towne) goes off to college and the Spencers move into a lakeside house in Vermont that once belonged to Norman's father. Their new neighbors, Mary (Miranda Otto) and Warren Feur (James Remar), always make quarrels. One rainy night Claire sees Warren taking a carpet out of the house and putting it in the trunk of his car. When Mary abruptly disappears, Claire realizes that these two events are closely related to each other and begins seeing spectral images and hearing mysterious voices everywhere. At first she thinks it is her neighbor's wraith which is haunting her, but Mary then turns up alive. However, a mysterious woman's ghost keeps haunting Claire, and Norman suspects that his frightened wife experiences hallucinations as a consequence of an accident when Claire's car smashed into a tree a year ago. But the ghost (Amber Valletta) soon tells Claire a dreadful secret which is being carefully kept by her husband. |

A group of scientists, led by the brilliant and ambitious inventor Sebastian Caine (Kevin Bacon), accepts the Pentagon's assignment to formulate a serum for invisibility. After creating a formula and testing on animals, Caine doesn't report his success to the military and decides to be the next guinea pig for the experiment. Unfortunately, the antidote fails to work, and Caine is unable to regain his visibility. But he eventually finds out the advantages of his new found power: he can spy on other people, penetrate anywhere, indoors and out, and commit any crime with impunity. In order to prevent his co-workers from sharing the terrible truth to the military, Caine begins killing all the witnesses one by one. |

Billy Tyne is a sword-fishing-boat captain out of Gloucester, highly competitive and stung by a string of poor outings. After losing their payload the ramshackle, sinking, ocean-going salvage tug "Sea Star" takes refuge in the eye of a typhoon in an attempt to make repairs. Whilst trying to find help the tug, captained by Robert Everton ('Donald Sutherland' (qv)), discovers a Russian science vessel adrift in the eye. The crew believes their troubles are over and they are set for life when the captain informs them of the value of salvaging this apparent ghost-ship. However, the navigator Kit Foster ('Jamie Lee Curtis' (qv)) and the chief engineer Steve Baker ('William Baldwin' (qv)) are not convinced that it will be that easy. Once power is restored to the ship strange things start to happen and the crew mysteriously disappear one by one. It isn't until the discovery of the last remaining Russian crew member, the chief science officer Nadia Vinogradiya ('Joanna Pacula' (qv)), that the crew realise the enemy ranged against them isn't the Russians but something far more malevolent... |

The research subjects soon are shocked to discover that they are actually selected for an experiment on human fear.

When a happily married couple, Elizabeth (Ashley Judd) and Nicholas Parsons (Bruce Greenwood), decide to take a romantic sailing trip, they don’t think they may have any trouble. The priceless artwork is stolen by Thomas Crown (Pierce Brosnan), an adventurous self-made billionaire who can easily afford to buy anything he desires but there is nothing he enjoys better than walking on the razor's edge and winning. Thomas is a respected businessman therefore he is the last person the police suspect. But there is one person, namely Catherine Banning (Rene Russo), a smart insurance investigator who feels in her bones that Crown is involved in the theft. Hired to assist the police in retrieving the masterpiece, Catherine resorts to various means, from intelligence and cunning to personal charm, to accomplish her mission. |
