Alan, son of a toy store owner, tries out some new action figures: The Commando Elite vs. The Gorgonites. What he does not know, is that both sets of toys were designed to move, talk and play back. The Commando Elite's purpose is to destroy the Gorgonites. Unfortunately, the toy designer who was responsible for the programming, bought highly intelligent military computer chips that are usually used for steering missiles - and are able to learn. Now, the Commando Elite, led by Major Chip Hazard, is up to destroying the Gorgonites, led by peaceful Archer, who hide in Alan's parents' house. Now, a battle, in which the destructive ability of creative computer chips against creative computer chips with a different attitude comes to light, is about to begin. |

Two master thieves go at odds with one another as one sets the other up for a crime. The first (Alec Baldwin), a suave pro who does his job and then hides in his own privacy, listening to old jazz records and caring for his ailing dog, Wally. The other (Michael Jai White) is a local gangster with a taste for the finer life, who decides to eliminate the competition. This ignites a war between the two men and their aides. A gigantic asteroid is on a direct collision course with Earth. There is little time left before the fatal crash. Only a miracle can save life on Earth. In order to make a miracle, NASA Administrator Dan Truman (Billy Bob Thornton) sends the world's foremost deep core driller, Harry S. Stamper (Bruce Willis), and his courageous crew to land on the asteroid, drill into its center and drop a nuclear explosive device. The detonation of the bomb will crack the asteroid into two halves which will pass Earth on both sides. The drilling team must complete their highly important mission before the deadline; otherwise the halves will not fly by but slam into the planet. |

What would you do if you knew that a gigantic comet was about to slam into the earth and wipe out all life? President of the United States, Tom Beck (Morgan Freeman), announces to the world that there is only one year left before the fatal collision. He gives an order to a team of astronauts to travel to the comet and use nuclear bombs to blow it to bits. Unfortunately, the explosion only splits the comet into two halves. Then the president declares martial law and informs that one million Americans can take shelter in underground caverns. Two hundred people will be chosen for their intellectual value, others will be selected by a national lottery. |

Furthermore, Keiko proves to be the godkid of their powerful boss Paris, who orders his huge cohort to discover and send the captors to kingdom come. On top of it all, Mel falls for his kidnaping victim.

Heavy Rainfall causes a Indiana river to swell and flood the town. All inhabitants are forced by public services to leave instantly. Tom and his uncle Charlie work for a money transport firm and their assignment is to evacuate all cash from the banks along the flooding river. So, their truck is loaded with about three million Dollars. Hank tries to prevent further flooding, as he's the guy responsible for the dam up the river, but he has to open one gate in order to save the old dam from breaking. Only the police under the Sheriff's leadership stay in town to prevent looting. As the water level rises, Tom and Charlie's Truck gets stuck in the flooded road. This is the moment, Jim, an elderly thief, and his gang have been waiting for. In an attempt to get the money from the truck, Charlie gets shot and Tom swims off to save the cash bags. While trying to hide, he meets Karen, who resisted to leave the old church she has been restoring for eight months. She thinks he is a looter, and calls the cops to bring him in. But as the Sheriff finds out about that much cash in a situation like this, he radios his old pal Hank, up at the dam... |

Twenty years later zoologist Gregg O'Hara (Bill Paxton), who was leading a safari expedition in the Pangani Mountains, came upon beautiful jungle girl Jill Young (Charlize Theron) and Joe, a gigantic awesome gorilla that was actually an innocent and good-natured creature. Aware of threats from ferocious and greedy trophy-hunters, Gregg was able to convince Jill of the need for moving the endangered gorilla to a California animal conservancy. But Joe wasn’t safe at the facility for long as the very same hunter, Andrei Strasser (Rade Serbedzija), appeared with the nefarious intention of stealing and selling Joe on the black market.

The eccentric teenage comedy revolves around a young guy from Indiana, Josh Miller (Tom Everett Scott), who enters medical college. After studying each student's personal history, they pick the perfect candidate, depressed Clifford O'Malley (Lochlyn Munro), and try to urge him to commit suicide. |

A luxurious cruise liner sets sail on its maiden voyage with many rich passengers. When sailing through the South China Sea, the ship is unexpectedly boarded by a gang of armed bandits, led by Hanover (Wes Studi), to grab jewellery and money. The mercenaries, who have taken the crew hostage, are utterly shocked to find the shattered remnants of the party and no passengers in sight. The fact is that the sea vessel has collided with a gigantic underwater object shortly before the intruders board the liner. The unknown object turns out to be a formidable sea monster which sucks the water from its preys, leaving only their skeletons. Among survivors is a gorgeous pickpocket, Trillian Jamesen (Famke Janssen), who is caught red-handed and locked up in the safe room, and the liner owner, Simon Canton (Anthony Heald).
