Malcolm Turner (Martin Lawrence), a FBI undercover agent, is out to expose the suspected creator of a deadly computer virus allowing access to some classified government intelligence files, which can become accessible for terrorists in such case. FBI is looking for a way to get inside Fuller's home to confirm or disprove Turner is "crossing the gender line" again and begins to play a role of a septuagenarian housekeeper. "Big Momma" gets the job, but while trying to figure out the truth about Fuller's possible criminal connections, Malcolm also finds himself developing a close relationship with the suspect's wife and kids.
